New
Nicholson failsafe Lubrication Pump for all Nicholson Debarkers is now
available
A totally new failsafe Nicholson Lubrication Pump is now included with all
new Nicholson Debarkers.
The new pump is a direct replacement for older Nicholson Lube Pumps and can
be used on all previous Nicholson debarkers.
The pump has been significantly simplified and and redesigned to allow easier
and more precise lube flow adjustment, especially on A5 and A6 debarkers.
Priming is now much
easier, just remove a plug and fill the pump. Rebuilding the new pump
is also simpler, less expensive and faster.
Nicholson A5 Debarkers use one pump for ring lubrication and one pump for
gear lubrication. Nicholson A6 Debarkers use a single pump for
ring lubrication.
New Nicholson A8 Debarkers use only a single pump thanks to improvements in
gear design that allow both ring and gears to use the same lubricant.
